Terms & Conditions

1. All equipment remains the property of  B. Borisova – Koteva - BBK (here after known as The Owner) unless sale of goods is agreed upon in the contract.
2. During the hire period the Client shall be solely responsible for the hired goods.
3. Shortages and damages (candles spots, food curry spots, food colouring spots, ink/pen spots, felt tip pens spots, paint spots, shoes prints spots, burns, tears and cuts) are not acceptable and will be charged as sell by lost.
4. The Owner will not be held responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property sustained from any goods under hire.
5. Goods must be available for collection as agreed with in the contract. Any aborted delivery / collection costs will be charged as sell by lost.
6. Prices quoted are for one day hire only, excluding day of delivery and day of collection.
7. Goods that are damaged beyond repair will be charged as sell by lost.
8. Cancellation must be received in writing at list two weeks before the event. Charge may apply to the late cancellation.
9. Final payment is required in full one week prior to the event. Unless payment is received as per the contract the goods will not be dispatched.
10. Deposits of 50% require upon confirmation of the order to book the stock for the required date or as per individual agreement.
11. Sell by lost prices are: £6.00/per chair cover, £3.00/per sash, £3.00/per cord tassel.
